We may be talking about the upcoming snow, but Colorado's wildfire season continues year-round. Local members responded to a small brush fire this afternoon on the Highline Canal Trail, near Santa Fe and C-470. Crews ensured that the fire did not spread and any dangerous limbs fell safely. Luckily, there were no reported injuries. The cause is underdetermined.
